Cancellation Policy

At Third Coast Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional service and reserving dedicated time for each patient. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly request advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
